1. Submit your interest by clicking the get a quote button on the SolarKita website to connect with our consultant.
2. The SolarKita team will survey the location and prepare a customized proposal.
3. If you approve the proposal, you’ll sign a Purchase Order (either digitally or in hardcopy).
4. Pay the down payment as stated in the Purchase Order and/or Invoice.
5. SolarKita will schedule the product installation.
6. Our team will install the product as scheduled.
7. You will sign the Handover Form (digitally or manually).
8. Complete the final payment for the product.
9. You will receive a username and password to access the SolarKita dashboard and monitor your solar panel system performance in real time.
10. Real-time monitoring is only available if you provide internet access at the installation site.
11. You will receive your warranty documents digitally via your user dashboard.
12. An order is considered approved once you receive confirmation via email from SolarKita.

• Products that have been fully paid for cannot be returned or exchanged.
• We do not share customer personal information with any third party. Our website operates using secure, encrypted databases where all personal data is stored and protected in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• All product details, including warranty periods, will follow what is stated in the official proposal.
• Orders are only valid after the customer has signed the Purchase Order (digitally or manually) and made payment as stated in the Invoice.
• Product pricing is valid only within the period stated in the Invoice. If you wish to pay after this period, please contact our sales team to confirm updated pricing and stock availability.
• Product ownership is transferred to the customer upon full payment. In cases of default or non-payment, SolarKita reserves the right to reclaim the installed product, and any payments made will be retained by SolarKita.
• All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR).
• Payments may be made via bank transfer or credit card through a third-party payment gateway appointed by SolarKita. Official payment links will be provided in your Invoice.
• Our payment gateway partner is a trusted and reputable company in Indonesia, using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocols to ensure your transactions are secure.
• In cases where a product is ordered and paid for but out of stock, we will notify you immediately. You may choose to wait for restock or cancel your order for a full 100% refund.
• Refund requests will be processed within 7–14 business days.
• Refunds will be made via bank transfer, and for credit card transactions, the refund will be returned to your card. Credit card refunds may take a minimum of 14 business days.

• SolarKita is officially represented only through www.solarkita.com. All verified information, bank accounts, contact numbers, and email addresses are listed on this website.
• We are not responsible for any fraudulent actions or scams conducted by parties impersonating SolarKita or using similar names, logos, or branding.
• All purchases must follow the legal purchasing procedures and are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.
• SolarKita is not responsible for any misuse of products and/or services purchased. The customer is fully responsible for the lawful and appropriate use of our products after purchase.
• Unauthorized use of the SolarKita name, branding, or trademarks without our knowledge or consent is strictly prohibited. Violators will be subject to applicable laws and a minimum compensation of IDR 500,000,000 (five hundred million Rupiah).
• Customers acknowledge and accept any risks associated with the use of our products. SolarKita shall not be liable for any future claims regarding product usage.
